A U.S. Army Veteran with 14 years of service, Neci applies her leadership and attention to detail to Riceland’s success. Sarah is known for her friendly, engaging presence and effective communication skills. With a background in education, creative instruction, and event coordination, she plans and delivers thoughtful programs for residents of all ages. She blends creativity and structure to design meaningful, memorable experiences that reflect the interests and needs of the community. Sarah is passionate about curating environments where residents feel connected, supported, and excited to be involved.
