Amenity Cards & Mailbox Key Pick Up
Need to pick up your mailbox keys or Lakehouse access cards? Please complete the form below and schedule a pickup time.
If you are picking up amenity access cards, you will need to review and sign the amenity waiver before the cards can be issued.
Before your appointment:
- Bring a photo ID.
- If you recently closed on your home, bring proof of residency in case your account has not yet been updated.
- Each person receiving an amenity access card must pick it up in person. Cards cannot be picked up on someone else’s behalf.
Your appointment confirmation will include the pickup location and time.
